The hotel was near to cala son xoriguer and you can walk to Aquarock. Our favorite property in Ciutadella, staff was friendly. Perfect location was a plus.

I faced some frustrating moments. The hotel's dress code for males at dinner was unexpectedly strict and not communicated beforehand, leaving me to dine in my room on the first night. The management's impolite attitude was disheartening, as they failed to address my concerns or even reply to my messages regarding the dress code.

Food was good, staff in the restaurant excellent. Children enjoyed evening entertainment.
The hotel was not full but our room overlooked Kebab shop and Irish Bar, both closed fortunately.

Perfect for couples seeking relaxation
The atmosphere is quiet and intimate, just what we needed, and we had fresh omlettes cooked to order at breakfast that blew my mind! Not to mention the lovely jacuzzi pool by the bar, where the sun really spends its time, it reminded me of paradise....

Very clean, the best pool we have used, exelemt day time activitys round the pool, comfy sunbeds ( the metal ones)
I didn't like that children were allowed to run round screaming and shouting, and jump inthe pool constantly, I mean literally jump, splashing everyone in the pool and disturbing other guests. Children should've able to enjoy their holiday but this should not interfear with the comfort of other guests around the pool.

The room was spacious with a nice terrace and enough storage for our stuff. Cleanliness was on point! The bed was comfy, made for good sleep. Air conditioning worked great, too. The furniture felt a bit dated and could use an upgrade. The pillow menu was a nice touch, but a more modern vibe would've improved the experience. It felt cozy enough to relax after a long day out.
